Come on, admit it. Almost everyone gets Illiotibial Band whether they are a runner or cyclist. Doesn't the pain irks you and makes you feel.. restricted or disabled at times? I know I feel that way. Most probably you have ITB friction syndrome, often known as an overuse condition from tightness of the ITB. This injury can be easily prevented or treated if certain risk factors are identified and corrected appropriately.
Right now, Core Concepts is holding a workshop where their physiotherapist will teach you how to identify these risk factors and exercise the important muscles that will ensure you the joy of running pain-free.
The session fee is S$5. Participants will receive a $10 discount for 1 strong massage session vaild till end of June.
